Job Description

Shift - US Shift Responsibilities:

• Job Role will involve handling client calls , emails and text messages.
• Convey accurate and required information to the Clients and Other Stakeholders.
• Managing the Lifecycle of the order request within the timelines as per SOPs.
• Liaising with the Onshore resources and taking care of the work allocation.
  

Required Candidate profile

Graduates with minimum 2 years of International calling experience would be preferred.

• Should be flexible to work in US shifts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills.
• Should have excellent skill in email and text message handling.
• Should have good typing and multi-tasking skills.
