Job Description
Service Competence description
The service to be provided is focused on driving digitalization for the service specific operational processes, data quality and continuous improvement at client. To achieve this, client expects the following competences to be available at the service provider:
- Individual monitoring and reporting of change implementation, where required based on key figures, as well as review and completion of requests for change (RfC).
- Consult Process Owners and coordinate activities
- Develop and align concepts/ specifications with affected roles and Developer Teams
- Steer and control external Developer Teams
- Define acceptance criteria and perform Release Management
- Drive Quality Control and Continuous improvement To deliver the above competences, Siemens considers relevant for the outsourcing company to assure consultants with a skillset and experience covering
- Service Management in IT related areas
- Software Development or Software Project Management
- ITIL framework knowledge (provider shall demonstrate availability of relevant certifications)
Client gives preference to providers that also demonstrate competences in:
- IT Process Design
- Technical background (AWS / Azure /Java)
- Scrum SCM certification is a plus
- MS Office, Data Base, Reporting tools
Consultants to be assigned to the service by the provider should have advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and good negotiation skills. It is mandatory for consultants to be business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing"
