Job Title: Sr. Backend Engineer What we're looking for : Were looking for a mission-driven Sr. Backend Engineer to join our growing team. As a Sr Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. You will be looking forward to implementing the features, plan and strategies product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and define the product vision. Your job will also include setting key performance metrics and coordinating with engineering, and other teams. What you will do Implement new features. Leading a project from conception to finished product. . Gather and incorporate feedback from teammates and stakeholders Plan product roadmaps/features using feedback from customers and teammates, , Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies Mentor and grow junior engineers in the team Help grow the engineering team and implement best practices. Play a key role in shaping the future of company's vision Who you are 5+ years professional experience as a backend engineer Prior experience leading engineering teams Proficient in Node.JS, or any other similar backend technologies Experience with AWS and defining architecture for systems built on it Comfortable working on security infrastructure for web platforms In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment) Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and making decisions with limited information Track record of success in building impactful products based on research Experience in B2B products, and productivity/communication tools is a plus Comfortable defining success metrics and making data-informed decisions Passionate about company's mission and the industry's future Perks: Unlimited paid time off.
