The role Have a strong technical background, with 5+ years as a developer and experience in designing and engineering large-scale systems. Have experience in enterprise-class applications Expertise in Backend (Java/Python) Have architecture and system design knowledge (prefer in Domain-driven Design, Event design) Some front-end (e.g. React) experience, or willingness to learn Measure your success in terms of business impact, not lines of code Internalise the best ideas from across the organization, humbly setting a vision that others can get behind .
