: We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment specialist with extensive experience in call center & BPO environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mass recruitments, utilizing job portals and other recruitment tools effectively, and managing recruitment vendors to ensure the timely acquisition of top talent. Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for Call Center & BPO roles. 2. Implement innovative strategies for high-volume hiring. 3. Source candidates through various channels. 4. Screen, interview, and match candidates with roles. 5. Coordinate with recruitment vendors. 6. Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs. 7. Maintain candidate records and metrics. 8. Stay updated on recruitment best practices. 9. Provide regular updates to stakeholders. 10. Ensure compliance with employment laws. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related. field. 2. 2+ years of recruitment experience in Call Center & BPO. 3. Proven track record in mass recruitments. 4. Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems. 5. Strong candidate assessment skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 8.
