As a Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. You will collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management Experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Knowledge of performance. management and employee development programs Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
