Develop logistics and transportation plans to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.
Follow established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
Oversee requisition orders and execution across procurement, sourcing, and contracts, deliver and return functions.
Monitor the timely execution and delivery of all orders.
Assist and develop policies, procedures, work instructions and guidance documents across procurement functions, contracts, delivery, and return functions.
Analyze standard contractual documents, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts.
Conduct distribution of supplies, monitors inventory, and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
Provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced staff members and may have supervisory responsibilities.
Review field support requirements and recommend tool and test equipment.
Maintain records of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.
Represent the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects.
Conduct physical inventories and adjust and/or maintain spares inventory account records.
Participate in and presenting technical information in team and customer meetings.
Perform logistics product support analysis to identify parts, equipment, activities and skillset necessary to maintain systems and retain operational availability.
Coordinate with other team members to integrate sparing and level of repair analysis results into logistics support analysis.
