Lead - Commissions - Noida - ACS Solutions - 4

Job Description

• Business Partner support to Sales and recruiting functions
• Computation of monthly and quarterly incentives of sales and recruiting teams and ensure smooth monthly commissions process
• Work closely with the FPA (Reporting) and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting for commissions calculations
• Lead continuous profitability analysis and drive analytics around commission movements in correlation with profitability and revenue movements
• Data modelling and analytics for timely changes to the incentive models
• Identify non-performing products/assignments coordinate corrective actions with other stakeholders
• Guide costing analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Support group Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plan process
• Maintain business matrix on current and past key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, and commissions
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
• Own global commissions calculations, reporting, policies and provide first-tier support for all end-user technical or commission inquiries. Includes sales, customer success, alliances, and market developments
• Create commission models, simulation, and lead recommendation to Senior Management with facts, data and analytical commentary
• Participate as a key member of the Sales Incentive team and provide guidance on global design, delivery of deployed plans, governance, controls, metrics, and best practices.
