Roles & Responsibilities: Benefits Management: Research, design, and administer employee benefits programs across multiple geographies (US, Netherlands, India, Australia & the EU). Analyze the competitiveness of the companys benefits plans and propose modifications to align with the companys goals and competitive practices. Collaborate with benefits vendors to manage benefits programs and ensure service delivery. Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the companys benefits package. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all benefits and equity programs are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participate in compliance audits and prepare necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders. Keep abreast of regulatory changes affecting benefits and equity and advise management on the impact. Equity Management Support: Support the administration of the companys equity plans, ensuring smooth execution, compliance and management reporting. Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align benefits and equity strategies with overall organizational objectives. Develop and deliver presentations to enhance understanding of benefits and equity programs across the organization. Manage budgeting and forecasts as it relates to all of benefits and equity programs, ensuring financial viability and alignment with the company's financial objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. WorldatWork certification in Benefits Management is preferred. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a role with focus on administration of health and retiral benefits. Understanding of global labor laws and compliance related to benefits and equity(preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with HRIS and benefits/equity management systems preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners. Comfortable with working in a remote, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
