Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The primary focus for this individual will be optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our business, analyze business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and guide the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce capabilities. This position requires an individual to be extremely motivated and organized. Salesforce Business Analyst will advise both the technical and business teams on objectives and requirements need to develop business requirement documents, through a series of workshops and brainstorming sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business acumen, communication skills, Salesforce.com platform experience, and a proven record of accomplishment of collaborating with various stakeholders. to deliver enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives and translate them into Salesforce.com solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem. Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, verifiable and scalable, using agile development methodology. Assist in the testing of Salesforce.com enhancements and new features to ensure they meet acceptance criteria identified by the business. Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors, and development teams. Stay current with Salesforce.com best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement. Use and create simple techniques to define/document as-is and to-be process maps and convert them into business requirements/user stories. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and the platform ecosystem. Experience implementing a variety of salesforce modules, including but not limited to the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and Pardot. Salesforce.com Certified Administrator required. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as JIRA. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to report/present updates to various levels of leadership. Facilitate meetings & ensure follow up tasks are completed. Ability to simultaneously managed multiple projects/workstreams. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel A bachelor's degree is required, or relevant experience will be considered
