Job Description

Role-Appian developer.

Experience- 4 to 13 years.

Location-Bangalore

Must Have-

• Minimum 3-8 years experience in business process management.
• Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.
• Experience of working on Agile projects.
• Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.
• Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.
• Knowledge of Tempo Interface.
• Proven track of working closely with key business users
• Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.
• Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment
• Experience and understanding of business process flows
• Expert in analysing and documenting business processes
• Expert in writing business requirements
• Expert in writing functional requirements
• Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models
• Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders
• Translates ideas into concrete work activities
• should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine). Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards
