As a recruiter, you will be responsible for staffing and hiring healthcare professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will include screening resumes, conducting. interviews, coordinating with clients and candidates, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle. Qualifications Experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Previous experience in a recruitment agency is a plus
