Location: Bengaluru Mumbai Chennai Hyderabad Pune Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Skills: Mandatory Technical skills Experience in Sales consulting (presales) activities Strong technical background in US healthcare segment with Strong analytical and healthcare domain skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Understanding of key SDLC processes (Waterfall & Agile) Well versed with healthcare standards, terms & terminologies (e.g., EDI, ICD, HL7, CCD, HIPAA, DICOM etc.) Strong critical reasoning & analytical thinking skills Ability to work / support US Sales team Good understanding of the general healthcare terminologies, Medical Devices, and workflows, especially EMR, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Hospitals, Ambulatory clinics, and RCM Expertise in requirements elicitation, client. engagement, requirements documentation and communication Experience designing and creating wireframes for enterprise healthcare applications Ability to research about medical technology companies and emerging areas of Opportunities (preferred experience in US geography) Very good understanding of medical workflows, Imaging workflows, modalities & viewers Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Academic background in Computer Science or Engineering OR Medical Sciences Good to have skills: Should have completed MBA from a recognized institute Decent exposure to Healthcare Domain and workflows in EMR, HIS, LIS, HIE etc. Good exposure to US healthcare regulations Ability to have a point of view on emerging technologies like cloud, DevOps Basic knowledge of Databases Techno-functional background Experience in Agile application development methodology Experience in product management / project management Ability to understand architectures of cloud-based solutions at a high level Life at CitiusTech We focus on building highly motivated engineering teams and thought leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset, centered on our core values of Passion, Respect, Openness, Unity, and Depth (PROUD) of knowledge.
