Job Description

1. Worked on at least 1 ServiceNow GRC Implementation project involving Risk Mgmt, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, Control indicators configuration as a Business Analyst
2. Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 and Risk/Compliance process
3. Around 5 years of working in ServiceNow GRC Projects as a Business Analyst and worked on Requirements Gathering, Agile/Sprint Planning, Demos
5. Worked on Project Estimations and Manage Agile Releases
6 Analyze existing GRC processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
7. Create and maintain process and system documentation.
8. Monitor and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements.
9. Develop GRC use cases, business process models, and diagrams.
11. Develop training materials and provide training to users.
12. Evaluate and recommend technologies that can support business needs.
13. Good communication and presentation skill
