Job Description

S/w Technical Writing , Neotwrking Experience, XML, DITA

• 5+ years of experience in writing content (Install/Admin/API guide/User guides/Configuration Guide/Command Reference Guide/Release Notes) for software products and applications.
• Exceptional knowledge in English grammar and language.
• Good understanding of complex domains, technologies, and authoring tools. Must have ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a simplified form.
• Ability to learn quickly and ramp up to speed.
• Must be strong in Technical Writing fundamentals (DDLC/Style Guide/Writing Style/Usages). Certification in technical communication (preferred)
• Work experience on XML-based authoring and content management system (CMS).
• Knowledge on documentation tools, such as FrameMaker, Oxygen, and MS Office applications.
• Should have work experience in agile methodology.
• Knowledge on fundamentals of telecommunications/networking (preferred).
• Should have mentoring/reviewing skills.
• Experience in leading a team (end-to-end support to the team).
• Should have followed best practices (preferred).
• Generate innovative ideas/automate procedures for process improvements.
• CCNA certification (preferred).
• Good technical aptitude and attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills.
