Job Description

            Administer Wintel and VMware server infrastructure management of a company business.

            Manage and represent the enterprise compute teams.

            Domain escalation point for incident and SRs.

            Ensure SLA achievement.

            Discusses system & server upgrades with the IT manager.

            Installs and upgrades Windows systems & servers.

            Provides technical supports for staff as well as back-end system users.

            Troubleshoots system & server errors.

            Reviews system error logs as well as user-reported errors.

            Building VM's a per the environment requirements.

            Scanning the Environment for Virus Threats.

            Hands on Monitoring tools, Ticketing tools.

            Perform maintenance activities.

            Troubleshooting Administrative account.
