Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Zeal Architects located in HYDERABAD. The Site Supervisor will oversee "INTERIOR" and "ARCHITECTURAL" execution sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The Site Supervisor / Project Manager will manage and coordinate. subcontractors, communicate with clients, and provide progress reports to senior management. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision Experience in managing multiple construction sites simultaneously Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in budget management and cost control
