Job Description

1. Responsibleible for the Security & Administration of entire plant / site
2. Keep Track of duties, responsibilities and day to day routine activities of security & Admin personnel.
3. Responsible for plant Housekeeping and administration like Vehicle, Vistors, Staff Employees and workers working inside the plant.
4. Adhere and maintain company's security policies, protocols and procedures.
5. Keep all data and records updated related to security and administration.
6. Deployment, Training and supervision of security inspectors and guards
7. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
8. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
9. Coordination in all emergency drills inside the plant.
10. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
11. Review reports on incidents and breaches
12. Investigate and resolve issues with respect to security & Admin
13. Create reports for management on security status
