Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients using a prepared script or talking points.
2. Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
3. Engage in conversation with prospects to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide relevant information.
4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or referrals.
5. Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, and purchasing timeline.
6. Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents to meet with qualified leads.
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
9. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and privacy laws.
