Job Description
Positions in this function are predominantly involved in developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.
Purpose:
Business automations team is a product re-engineering team which helps with improving efficiencies & increasing quality by designing various automations. This team also helps in process analysis to design new applications with respect to workflow changes.
Primary Responsibilities:
The following duties cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of the job. Specific circumstances may allow or require some people assigned to the job to perform a somewhat different combination of duties
- Develop new and/or enhance existing application or system code as assigned or provided in technical specifications
- Perform the day-to-day functions such as running of existing programs, applications, jobs, reviewing logs for errors, writing, or editing software and code, performing testing activities, and updating documentation
- Coordinate activities with other technical and functional areas as required
- Design & develop new automations basis the requirement
- Design, code, test, debug, and record those programs proficient to work at top technical level of every level of applications programming activities
- Evaluate, design, code and test improvement as required to complex modules
- Design and develop code applications to technical and functional programming standards
- Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction
- Plan and implement every needed process steps as defined in methodologies
- Develop operational documents for Application
- Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
- Conduct automation feasibility studies
- Collaborate with business and technology departments to define deliverables and develop solutions that are reusable across the organization
- Assimilates, integrates, and interfaces technical knowledge with business / systems requirements
- Involved in projects converting from non-strategic to strategic systems
- Drive the development of program strategy and methodology with respect to business analysis/requirements/testing
- Be able to build and maintain relationships across the program team
- Be able to diagnose potential risks/ issue and provide proactive program risk/ Issue management
- Be able to document and communicate user needs in professional and efficient manner
- Be able to analyze complex business situations and develop innovative solutions
- Be able to work independently in a virtual team environment
- Be able to build trusted relationships

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate
- Experience in SQL Server T-SQL
- Web Developer, Wire framing and UI prototyping
- Web Developer Knowledge of ASP.NET/MVC, C#, Java Script, JQuery, CSS, HTML
- Knowledge of Designing/Html on MVC pattern projects (Candidate must handle min 1 MVC project)
- Knowledge of CSS/SCSS Animation with JS/JQ integration
- Knowledge of MVC / C# / ASP.Net / HTML5 / Charting / Razor/Entity Framework
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server SQL Scripting
- Knowledge of RPA Concepts along with web scrapping using Selenium Driver + C#
- Working knowledge in Chart Library like Highchart, Google etc.
- Proven solid problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Proven solid relationship-building and communication skills with team members and business users
- Willing to learn new technology
- Open for development and support
