• Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / outbound calls effectively.
• Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.
• Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers
• Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
• Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
