experience in setting up plant as well as ensuring smooth functioning and enhancing operational efficiency by making use of leading edge technologies including business reviews Experience in managing projects with key focus on top && bottom line profitability in respect to cost by effective controls over LPF, resource deployment, time overruns and compliance to ensure execution within time && cost parameters Led all phases of plant operations including design &  envelopment production planning, production, quality control, maintenance, finishing and dispatch Possess a clear understanding of industry, technology trends with merit of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall costs Showcased excellence in managing multiple plants operations and various lines for reducing downtime &  enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment Skilled in increasing productivity by optimizing utilization of resources enhancing operational efficiency && continuously improving effectiveness of processes Excellence in spearheading development & implementation of key procurement and vendor development strategies for plant, machinery utilities && capital equipment from suppliers / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies && plans are aligned with production
requirements Impeccable record of building high performance teams, implementing continuous improvement programs and partnering with multiple global stakeholders
