Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sr. Executive/Asst Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager for Bangalore Luxury Projects with a focus on real estate sales. The successful candidate will. be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales activities. Qualifications , Experience and Requirements Minimum of 1 Year + of experience in real estate sales only Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate industry practices, trends, and regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce Bachelor's degree in any field Skills and Abilities Outstanding sales skills Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive approach to work and ability to adapt to changing circumstances Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and ethical standards RESPONSIBILITIES : > Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project. >Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits. >Generating referrals from existing Sobha customers and promoting Sobha Privilege scheme. >Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project. >Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget. >Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Sobha. >Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers. >Working for accomplishing self and team target. >Executing agreements within stipulated time frame. >Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. >Actively prospect and generate leads, engaging in effective communication to pitch and sell products or services. >Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective negotiation and closing techniques. >Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement sales plans, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends
