POSITION : DIRECTOR SALES & MARKETING Location of Position - Jalandhar Role Description The Director Sales & Marketing will be in charge of the Companys Sales & Marketing ventures. This primarily involves developing marketing plans and strategies aligned with the goal to strengthen market presence and boost revenues. Responsibilities He will be responsible to manage and oversee the entire Sales & Marketing operations at Pyramid eServices. Develop key growth / sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Identify potential customers and increase companys market share. Oversight of the entire sales team at various locations. Plan training of his team at various locations. Be part of the hiring process. Develop marketing campaigns specific to the customer and geographic location needs. Forecast and develop annual sales target for each region / branch and put up a plan to achieve it. Analyze and. review marketing strategies and strengths to ensure annual growth. Actively seek and build new business opportunities using various campaigns, social media advertisements, publicity, seminars etc. Evaluate team performance periodically. Provide inputs for various online and offline advertisement campaigns. Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements. Control budgets and allocate resources. Become the organizations agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships. Requirements and Skills/ Qualifications Proven track record of increasing revenue of a company in a similar/related industry. Experience of at least 10- 12 years as Director Sales and Marketing. Excellent leadership and organizing skills. Graduate in any stream and MBA in Marketing/Sales. Up to speed with current and online sales & marketing techniques and best practices
