Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new employees.
Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
Maintain employee records including attendance leaves and performance evaluations.
Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
Manage employee relations and address grievances in a professional and timely manner.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining office equipment.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage office correspondence including emails letters and packages.
Oversee the general operation of the office including facilities management and maintenance.
Coordinate meetings appointments and conferences both internally and externally.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
Support other departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Education/Experience
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor&rsquo s degree in human resources management Business Administration B.com OR a related field.
Proven experience as an HR and Admin Executive or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with MS Office application.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Certification in HR management will be a plus.
