This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad/Chennai/ Karimnagar The Manager - Revenue Cycle Management will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of the revenue cycle management process, including medical billing and coding, claims submission, and payment processing. The applicant must review and analyze revenue cycle reports to ensure efficiency and productivity. A key focus of the role is policy development around revenue cycle management, including establishing analytical parameters, negotiating and managing vendor contracts and. interfaces. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in end to end Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare) Should have strong domain knowledge with ability handle a team size of up to 60 people across multiple functions like AR, Denial Management, Coding, Billing, Payments posting, Eligibility and Benefits verification and prior authorization etc. . Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field Proven history of leading teams and working cross functionally Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and all levels of the organization Expert in maximization of profitability, cost containment, Accounts Receivable performance, and financial systems for revenue cycle management. Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining revenue cycle systems and workflows Knowledgeable in medical billing and coding, as well as compliance with industry regulations and billing requirements Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Company Description Medico is a 20+ year old healthcare services, technology, and management company.
