• The successful candidate will assume ownership of the property by supervising quality checks of housekeeping, interacting with guests, managing staff, and completing various administrative tasks
• Additional responsibilities include identifying guests by name, creating a friendly environment, managing guest complaints, managing late-night guest requests, providing personalized recommendations for activities, and managing social media platforms for sharing guest feedback and photos

 

Candidate Qualifications

 

• The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, fluency in written and spoken English, flexibility regarding working hours, a desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences, an extroverted personality, the ability to take initiative, and experience or an educational background in accounting (preferred)

 

Required Skills

• Outstanding organizational and supervisory skills
• The ability to handle escalated customer complaints and negative feedback
• Competency in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms
• Experience in hospitality and an understanding of the youth travel market are preferred
