Role Description This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager - Life Insurance BU. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Life Insurance Business Unit. This includes overseeing the team, providing customer service, and driving sales. The Assistant Manager will work on-site at our Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills) location. Qualifications Excellent Insurance knowledge Strong team management skills Excellent customer service skills Proven 2+ years of experience in B2C as Assistant Manager (Term & Investment Insurance) Online sales BU Good understanding of the Life Insurance industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree/Post Graduation in any stream Languages (English & Hindi) should speak Telugu or any of them (Telugu/Tamil/Kannada) Key deliverables: To Maintain efficiency monthly productivity of life insurance sales team as per target To analyze shortfall, discover weakness and areas of. opportunity for every caller (Lead funnel, 1-1 sessions, observations, Trend analyses etc.,) To comply or request for training sessions when and where required To provide feedback and suggestions to the respective product/operation manager on training, website, operations, customer service, recruitment etc. To promptly deliver reports to management as per schedule.
