Hiring for Telugu /Malayalam / Kannada Voice Process !!

Work From Office:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling calls/ Customer Queries / Customer Requests pertaining to product and service for Inbound/ Out bound calls effectively.
• Complaint Management, Solving Customer Grievances.
• Applying process / Product Knowledge in replying to customers
• An immediate joiner is preferable.

Qualification: 12th / Any Degree.

Shift Timings: 9 am to 6.30 pm.

Week off: 8 Week off per month (5 Days working in a week)

Open Positions: 30 (Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam Speaking Candidates)
