Job Requirements:

Role - Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (General Insurance)

Location - Chennai

Years of Experience - 4 to 9 Years

• Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling general insurance products.
• Deep understanding of General Insurance products, underwriting, claims management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
