Actively pursue and achieve budget targets and assist in budget compilation
Money In & Money Out Management
Apply Newer Management Techniques such as ISO, TPM, Six Sigma Etc
Control on Overall Cost & Budgets
Generating New Ideas & Innovations
Provide Regular MIS As per Tracker
Strong Mentoring & Coaching to Team members
Control on Overall Cost & Budget
Responsible for Return on investment Present & Future
Policy manual compilation of the department along with your Reporting Manager.
Help in consolidating routine date wise and day wise paperwork.
Following date wise and day wise processes laid by the company.
Responsible for Office TPM of the Department.
Setting up own department with well equip tools & spares.
Help in drafting annual budgeting of the department.
Bringing progress in daily routine activities with CIP such as trends, exhibitions, seminars, Govt. rules & regulations, better technology & resources available in the market.
