Job Description
Job Title Process Coach
Service Line Coding
Understand the quality requirements both from process perspective and for targets.
To Train effectively the new joiners on Medical Coding concept with the guidelines.
To monitor Trainees productivity and quality output per OJT glide path/ramp up targets.
Providing continuous feeadback in a structured manner.
Educating on the client specs and guidelines.
Educating on the latest updates on the coding aspects.
Carrying out one-on-one session on the repeated errors.
To provide feedback on productivity and quality of trainees to Team Leads.
To pass on the QC feedback effectively to the trainees.
To help Team Leads in early confirmation of Trainees by providing the valuable inputs.
Minimum of 3 Years of Professional and Relevant Experience in Medical Coding with specialty Pathology.
Extensive Coaching & Training as per process defined.
Must have Variant Training & Coaching Strategy.
Must have Coding Certification like CPC, CCS, COC, AHIMA.
Any graduate will do.
