Job Description
- We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites using our existing Design System.
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to seamlessly integrate designs into existing frameworks.
- As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, product owners, and agencies, to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Work within the established Design System to create cohesive and consistent designs for websites.
- Ensure adherence to client brand guidelines and design standards, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize user experience.
- Work closely with developers to implement designs effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand project requirements and goals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Create responsive designs and provide a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user interactions and conversions, and iterate designs based on A/B testing results to continuously improve user experience.
- Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and A/B testing outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience working with Design Systems and maintaining design consistency.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
