Responsibility of Production & Resource Planning / Scheduling for Robotic & Column boom welding machine Maximize utilization of Robot & Boom Welding system by monitoring daily production activity. Ensure Performance Enhancing activity, manufacturing process. Daily Production monitoring & Co-ordination between cross function departments. Control Consumable, Tools, Spare. Monitor and control Preventive maintenance or Ensure Total Productive Maintenance Ensure Operation Safety and ensure 5S. Ensure Quality and timely output from robotic & boom Welding system. New job identification and fixturing idea sharing. Carry out Robot programming for prototype. Parameter initialization for welding process. Operator Training. Troubleshooting. a. Work Experience: 3- 8 Years in robotic welding. b. Educational Qualification : B.E or B. tech in Electrical / Electronics c. Technical Skill. Required Robot Programming (Prefer OTC , Yaskawa ) , Robotic Welding, Laser Seam Tracking ( Servo Robot) , Electrical & Mechanical troubleshooting, Robotic Simulation, SAW & MAG boom welding technology
