We need a committed leader to oversee our B2B sales teams, ensure their objectives are fulfilled and provide management support. To maintain sales performance, train workers, and keep an eye on daily deliverables , he/she will carry out various functions such as - sales, management, and administrative duties. They will be in charge of establishing objectives, developing sales strategies, assessing the effectiveness of the sales force, delegating tasks, and offering assistance and corrective action when necessary. It would be crucial for team leaders to keep motivating sales teams, developing them into useful employees, and putting into practice all the organization's rules and guidelines. Sales Lead Responsibilities A list of specific duties may be useful in helping to comprehend this role better. Identifies the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members. Oversees the sales squad's initiatives to reach objectives and generate. realistic, consistent outcomes. Develops the product sales blueprint, a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modelling. Develops a Sales Manual, a handbook outlining the recommended practices for each form of sales engagement. Defines a sales model consisting of a technique or collection of techniques that must be consistently provided to salespeople to analyze and boost sales. Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities. Sales Lead Requirements: It will be useful to have a bachelor's or Master's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or an allied profession. Must Have 2- 4 Years of B2B sales team handling experience. Proper knowledge of Advance Excel. Has sound business judgment, all-around commercial awareness, and sales skills. Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities. Potent leadership qualities. Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 30,000.00 - 90,000.00 per month Schedule: Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
