: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team to help develop our MW-scale electrolyzer systems efficiently and on-time. The ideal candidate will. be responsible for leading both internal product development projects and external customer-centric initiatives. This role demands a unique blend of technical proficiency and project management expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex hardware development projects from conception to completion. Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. - Setting up the Project Management Processes: Define, develop, and maintain the project management processes in the organisation. - Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients. Manage expectations, negotiate project specifics, and maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies along with the product team. Ensure any issues are addressed promptly and effectively to minimize impact on project outcomes. Qualifications: Must Have: - At least 4 years of project management experience in an industrial or hardware- tech environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera. Should Have: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. PMP certification highly preferred. - 3+ years of prior experience in a technical role in engineering or related field before or during working on project management responsibilities is essential. Nice to Have: - Familiarity with hardware development cycles in medium to large scale industrial projects. - Technical ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
