Job Description

Responsibilities & Requirements: The process of eliciting, analyzing, and defining the scope for the deployment of infrastructure solutions and additional projects is crucial to align with industry best practices. Organize and coordinate the deployment schedule for users across the Asia Pacific region. Actively manage issues and mitigate risks to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the expected scope. Foster a culture that emphasizes the importance of deadlines. Oversee project scope, costs, schedules, and contractual deliverables. Supervise all project resources, including subcontractors. Plan and oversee project schedules and budgets. Execute the transition plan for all IT services. Provide regular updates to Global & regional leaders. Monitor cost estimates and control expenditure to maintain budget adherence. Leads internal & external customer projects to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations. through planning, controlling and managing. Lead pre-sales discussions together with the Sales team to manage the end-to-end pre-sales activity for a customer. Participate in prospecting exercises with the sales through product demos and technical presentations Design and demoing the solution to the stakeholders. Having client facing calls for escalations and/or scoping. Gathering and analyzing customer requirements as well as translating underlying business needs to solution architecture. Documenting sessions, system configuration, testing and training materials. Creating and follow up on Support Tickets, Enhancement or Technical Requests on Sales behalf
