Handling the data acquisition, mapping and claims processing for various customers with defined productivity and accuracy. Designing, implementing and handling the organization's operations processes with a view to ensure meeting stated deliverables in the time frame agreed upon. Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the BPO operations. Administering, managing and handling the development of back office services. Developing and maintaining annual budget or other reports with the finance manager. Managing and improving the operational processes, policies, and systems in support of the organization's mission. Supervising overall operational management, systems, controls and planning with the senior management. Contributing to long and short term organizational planning which includes, initiatives geared for operational excellence. Performing on going thorough analysis of performance data and SLA's. Keeping record of all necessary details and status reporting to senior management and customer(s) related to back office operations. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution. At least 5 years experience managing a BPO back office operations. Expertise and hands on experience in back office operations and leading a team of 30+ BPO agents. Good reasoning and risk identification skills. Leadership quality and organizational awareness. Decision making ability and sufficient computer knowledge (Office, some basic database skills) .
