Job Summary Required full time Company Secretary with experience of minimum 2 years. Assist to Director Preparation of various reports time to time as required by the Management. Preparation of Tender Documents. Coordination with clients regarding the various clauses of agreement. Willing to travel Good communication skill. Responsibilities and Duties Conducting General Meeting, Board Meetings & Committee Meetings as required under Companies Act involving drafting and issuance of notices and Agenda, recording minutes of the meeting.
