Job Description

Recruitment And Staffing Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations. Manage the onboarding process for new employees. Employee Relations Address employee concerns and complaints. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution. Ensure a positive work environment and employee morale. Training And Development Identify training needs within the organization. Coordinate and/or conduct training programs. Support employee development initiatives. Performance Management Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans. Assist in talent management and succession planning. Compensation And Benefits Administer and communicate employee benefit programs. Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitiveness. Assist in the development of compensation structures. HR Policies And Compliance Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure. compliance with labor laws and regulations. Advise management on legal and regulatory issues. Employee Engagement Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement. Conduct employee surveys and analyze results. Organize and coordinate employee events and activities. HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Management Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Generate reports for management analysis. Organizational Development Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies. Facilitate change management processes. Support initiatives related to organizational culture and values. Legal Compliance Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements. Represent the organization during legal proceedings if necessary. Diversity And Inclusion Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Implement initiatives to foster an inclusive culture. Provide training on diversity and inclusion topics. Exit Management Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during employee separations. Contribute to knowledge transfer and offboarding processes. Strategic Planning Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide HR insights to support business decisions. Communication Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees. Facilitate effective communication between management and staff. Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries
