Company Description Financial Guardian Group (F.G.G.) is a business and tax consultancy firm based in Vadodara. We provide services in relation to taxation matters (including direct and indirect tax), accounting and finalization of books, legal compliance of companies/LLPs, and drafting of legal documents for businesses. We prioritize delivering efficient and comprehensive financial solutions to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Executive at Financial Guardian Group. The Tax Executive will be responsible for managing taxation matters, including direct and indirect tax, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role also involves accounting and the finalization of books. The Tax Executive will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, preparing financial reports, and providing financial advice. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and expertise in finance and accounting Proficiency in financial reporting and creating. financial statements Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Accounting and Auditing Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
