We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join the dynamic healthcare team at Doon Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital in Vikasnagar. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) and have hands-on experience in conducting various laboratory tests.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, label, and process patient samples with precision.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of specimens to maintain sample integrity.
• Perform a variety of routine and specialized tests as per established protocols.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
• Analyze test results and accurately record findings.
• Prepare reports and maintain detailed documentation of tests conducted.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain accuracy and precision.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to equipment or test results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Place orders for supplies and maintain an organized inventory.
