Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a great customer experience. The role involves addressing customer queries and concerns, resolving issues, providing product information, and maintaining high-quality standards in customer service. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical. assistance via phone, email, or in-person. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to communication and IT services, including internet connectivity, email setup, software installations, etc. Provide timely and accurate resolution to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams as needed. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour while addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Follow up with customers to ensure that technical issues are resolved satisfactorily and provide assistance with any additional questions or concerns. Implement security protocols and measures to safeguard customer data and information. Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system. Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries, technical support tickets, and resolution times for management review. Provide feedback to the product development and engineering teams based on customer feedback and recurring technical issues. Stay updated on the latest developments in communication and IT technologies, products, and services. Share technical knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall team's capabilities. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively Organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of relevant software applications Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in the IT industry is a plus
