Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Unit. The Head of Unit will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, managing and developing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and increasing revenue and profitability. The Head of Unit will also be responsible for creating and implementing innovative strategies to improve overall hotel performance and strategic planning for future growth. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management and. operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to develop and execute successful hotel performance strategies Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Experience in the boutique or lifestyle hotel industry is a plus
