React UI Developer @ Response Informatics

Experience: 7-8 years preferred

Prior experience in the Health & Life Sciences industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React UI components.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, ensuring that applications are responsive and cross browser compatible.
• Ensure high quality UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with the backend development team to integrate frontend components with serverside logic.
• Implement state management solutions, such as Redux or Mobx.
• Stay UpToDate with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
• Debug and resolve frontend issues and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior React UI Developer or a similar role.
• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of frontend development best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g. immutable.js)
• Familiarity with modern front end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Proficiency in using build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile development.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem solving skills and an ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with unit testing using tools such as Jest or Enzyme is a plus.
