Job Description
Role & responsibilities
The Sr Associate, QC Technical Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working as part of a scrum team & demonstrate agile ways of working.
- Work with the product owner & technical manager, to maintain a product backlog for the solution to effectively manage the technical work required to enhance & maintain the solution.
- Ensure work tasks are completed on schedule to a high quality standard & within configuration guidelines.
- Ensure solutions are maintained in a compliant state in accordance with Pfizer policy and GMP regulations.
- Provide L4 technical support & deployment hypercare support for solution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors BS in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of technical experience supporting a Lab environment.
- Good written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders.
- Experience in all stages of system and application lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, solution deployment through value realization.
- Experience of modern software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, documentation and releasing.
- Good experience in MS Office Products (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Agile (SAFe preferred).
- An understanding of Databases (Oracle/SQL) table structures / table relationships with ability to query the data tables and understanding of cloud computing services (AWS).
- An understanding of the Quality Control laboratory business area.
- An understanding of system GMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in GMP environments.
