Job Description
Designation: Product Designer
Experience: 02-04 years
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes (low, mid and high fidelity), prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
- Strong understanding of icons and semiotics
- Utilize your B2B and B2C portal design experience to create user-friendly designs tailored to the specific needs of each audience
- Take ownership of existing products, continuously making improvements based on user feedback and market trends
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and implement best practices in UI/UX design
- Proactively explore new opportunities for product enhancements and feature development, utilizing your creative problem-solving skills to drive innovation
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Evolve and improve on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business goals
- Contribute to company branding initiatives by proposing new ideas and design concepts that align with the company's vision and values, fostering brand consistency and recognition
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing support as needed during the development phase
- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent design process
- Solid understanding of icons and semiotics, user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, interaction design principles

- Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of various technologies as per project needs
Qualification
- Any graduate with certification courses or specialized training in UI/UX design, web design, or related disciplines
- Candidates with prior experience in designing for B2B scenarios are preferred
- Must have knowledge about Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, mock flow, Sketch or similar software is preferred
- Experience working on CRM portal is preferred
- The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years
