Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Education: BCA - Computers PG - M. Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field preferred
Location: Durgapur

Job Description :
Identify the Hardware or any other Problem and trouble shooting.
Knowledge of Networking to handle local LAN & WAN Installation & Maintenance.
Install/ Support/ Maintain/ Trouble shoot various IT Hardware ( Desktop, Laptop, Peripherals) .
Knowledge of Operating system Win98/ 2000/ Xp. / Vista/ Win Server 2003.
Provide Support for Windows OS and standard Office Automation Software.
OS level Trouble Shooting and Admin.
Knowledge of Email Clients like Lotus notes and Outlook.
Solve Customer Technical Issues.
Resolution of user calls related to Desktop / Laptop (day to day problem fixing)
Update anti- virus tools periodically on client machines.
Installation / Reconfiguration / Re- installation of XP Operating System from the original media.
To initiate escalation process if required to resolve the problem. Desired Candidate Profile :
