The details are below:

Qualification: Masters degree in Life Sciences, or a degree in Dentistry

Experience: 2-5 years of Pharmacovigilance and/or handling of calls in a medical call center/patient support program

Location: Remote

Shift: Night Shift

Working days: 5 days

Responsibilities

Receiving and/or making calls in the Medical Information Call Center (MICC)

Triaging call/complaints received and actioning appropriately

Management of product quality complaints

Handling of inbound and outbound correspondence

Providing standard responses to medical inquiries

Formulation of custom responses

Performing literature search and review

Processing of Individual Case Safety Reports and related processes

Mentoring new team members (as applicable)
