Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
Drive and manage daily operations of the international BPO web sales team.
Turn client expectations into consistent ROI through strategic execution.
Mentor, guide, and lead teams to achieve performance targets.
Ensure timely service delivery and keep projects on track.
Conduct regular operational audits on assignments and web sales activities.
Implement effective supervision and performance management mechanisms.
Manage commercial aspects of web sales, ensuring profitability and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales background).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Web Sales Operations as an Operations Manager.
Strong knowledge of international BPO workflows and web sales strategies.
Hands-on experience in sales and marketing of websites.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Should be process-oriented with a strong understanding of service delivery models.
